D&W REO Services offers several levels of services, to meet the different needs of our clients. These vary in scope and pricing, but all are completed in as timely a manner as possible, and always reflecting well on our clients' business reputations.

Prices are based on guidelines provided by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/VA. They are dependent upon property preservation and clean out services required to prepare property for resale. A proposal bid is provided after we have inspected the property. The inspection is free.

The service entails removal of all interior debris/refuse, floors are vacuum-cleaned. (If power is off, we will bring a generator), counters and cabinets are wiped down with cleaning solutions that are eco-friendly.

Solid-stick air fresheners are placed throughout the property, and a single can of air freshener is left inside the building for visitors to use.

If the area utilizes trash pickup services, trash will be placed in heavy-duty contractor-grade plastic bags, and set at the curb for pickup. Otherwise, trash will be carted off.

Generally, no dumpster services are required with this level. If needed, our proposal and invoice will include the dumpster fees, as charged to D&W REO Services.
