D&W REO Services offers several levels of services, to meet the different needs of our clients. These vary in scope and pricing, but all are completed in as timely a manner as possible, and always reflecting well on our clients' business reputations.

First-time customers always receive a 10% discount off our fees.

Prices are dependent upon condition of property found on initial inspection. The inspection is free.

The Level 1 trashout service entails removal of all interior debris/refuse, floors are swept broom-clean (if electric is available, we will vacuum), counters and cabinets are wiped down with cleaning solutions that are eco-friendly.

Solid-stick air fresheners are placed throughout the property, and a single can of air freshener is left inside the building for visitors to use, for freshening up.

If the area utilizes trash pickup services, trash will be placed in heavy-duty construction-grade plastic bags, and set at the curbing for pickup. Otherwise, trash will be carted off.

The Level 1 trashout applies to properties up to 1200 sq. ft., with prices starting at $495.

The Level 2 trashout is similar to Level 1, with some additional services: removal of all interior debris/refuse and appliances, floors are swept broom-clean (if electric is available, we will vacuum), counters and cabinets are wiped down with cleaning solutions that are eco-friendly.

Solid-stick air fresheners are placed throughout the property, and six cans of air freshener are left inside the building for visitors to use, for freshening up.

Any abandoned vehicles will be removed from the premises, along with any exterior metal sheds/lean-to's which are deteriorated or marked for removal. Any junk/debris on exterior of property is likewise removed.

A Level 2 trashout generally requires the use of one or more 20 to 30 cubic yard dumpsters on site (which are included in our fee.)

The Level 2 trashout applies to properties up to 2000 sq. ft., with prices starting at $995.

The Level 3 trashout entails removal of all interior debris/refuse and appliances, floors are broom-cleaned (if electric is available, we will vacuum), counters and cabinets are wiped down with cleaning solutions that are eco-friendly.
