D&W REO Services is now REO-Genesis Inc.

We made the leap and re-organized the business. In the process, we chose to name it REO-Genesis Inc.

The name was selected because it speaks to our mission of working with REO properties and bringing them back anew - sort of a play on words (re-genesis, to begin again or start over new).

Our mission is to help our clients by bringing a property to salable condition. To help real estate agents by giving them a property that's ready to be marketed. To help a home buyer find a property they can eventually call home. And to help a neighborhood, by removing a vacant property, increasing the tax rolls, and fostering a great community to live in.
