D&W REO Services came into being a shortly after I started marketing and selling REO and Foreclosed properties as a Realtor.

Originally, I tried to find someone to who could take care of this for me. The first REO property I handled had abandoned vehicles, junk in the yards, and a mountain of trash - enough to fill a construction dumpster at least once!

My search proved fruitless! I wasn't able to find anyone to handle the trashout portion of the job. I did get the abandoned vehicles removed. And I learned the in's and out's of the REO property trashout business in the process.

I decided that the next time, I would tackle the problem myself. With help from my oldest son, we had little trouble getting the job done!

That first trashout was basically just some light cleaning/sweeping and a lot of grass cutting. From there the scope has broadened considerably.

I realized there was a need for this service, especially for the local real estate agents - myself included. I am a full-time Realtor®, in addtion to several other hat's I currently wear. And, in this case, gloves and overalls!
